Dr. La Plant will be doing individual visits in your apartment to trim toe nails and other foot concerns. If you have an HMO insurance plan, his services are not covered and the cost is $35 at time of visit. Questions, see Melissa.
Walking Club
Walk various paved trails at parks like Whalon Lake, Pioneer, Knoch Knolls, Riverwalk etc. or indoors (Fox Valley Mall) if the weather is bad. Choose your own pace and stop as needed.
