AD Medical: Diabetic Shoes

Darlene from AD Medical will be here to take orders for Diabetic Shoes.  Medicare covers one pair of shoes a year.  Please bring Insurance cards and Doctor’s information.   Event will be held in the lower level.   If you have questions, see Melissa from Social Services.
