This 60 minute class features 20 minutes of Yoga followed by 20 minutes of Zumba and 20 minutes of strength training. Participate sitting, standing or using your yoga mat! Improves balance, core strength and flexibility.

Join us as we walk the Martin and Edward campus on Fridays and take the bus with us on Mondays as we walk various paved trails at parks and the Riverwalk. We walk indoors if the weather is bad.

The Young Naperville Singers entertain us with their “Primo” Choir on Tuesday, December 10. Worth every minute!

This yearly tradition features the Kiwanis Men’s and Women’s Chorus as they sing Traditional Holiday favorites with us. We might not be the best singers in the world, but it’ll be fun and there might be cookies!
