Finding the perfect place to call home is an important and emotional decision. The Martin Avenue Apartments make it easier. We warmly welcome individuals 62 years old or older and those with disabilities who are looking for modern, reasonably priced apartments close to downtown Naperville.
Through our specially designed programs, Martin Avenue Apartments residents enjoy active senior lifestyles. Our proximity to downtown Naperville offers easy access to shopping, doctors, dentists, a hospital, parks and recreational facilities.
In 2019, The Martin Avenue Apartments will undergo a renovation and expansion of our affordable living facilities, thanks to an award of $24 million dollars of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Illinois Housing Development Authority. These funds will also allow us to upgrade our programs, so we can continue to provide the best housing value and services for low-income seniors.
